Transparency in value contracting ensures sustainability of independent community pharmacies as they leverage local trust for new provider and payer partnerships.

CPESN Leadership Initiative 

CPESN Leadership Initiative is a celebration initiative by CPESN USA, designed to recognize the leadership and dedication of community pharmacy professionals across the country that are actively engaged in advancing pharmacy practice and transforming patient care. Through the CPESN Leadership Initiative, participants will track their efforts and contributions and earn pharmacy outcomes through engagement efforts within five key leadership programs: Luminary Leaders, Next Gen Luminary Leaders, Beacon Leaders, Academia Leaders (ACT), and Student Leaders.
