Increase revenue with pharmacy care at-home services
CPESN® Pharmacy Care at Home is designed to help your pharmacy enhance revenue through higher reimbursements for services provided to eligible seniors living at home. With the rise in Medicare-eligible patients aging in place, CMS has established reimbursement criteria for essential at-home pharmacy services, such as medication synchronization, adherence packaging, and hand delivery. Your subscription to Pharmacy Care at Home program comes at no extra cost and includes:
- Interactive webinars
- Comprehensive how-to materials
- Templated forms
- Analytics and auditing support
- Access to exclusive email groups for quick assistance
By participating, you can boost your pharmacy’s revenue from services you’re already providing to home-bound patients and position your pharmacy for value-based payer opportunities. This Special Purpose Program is exclusively for community pharmacies with a long-term care NPI participating in CPESN Networks.

Secured Patient Base: Retain your in-home seniors and other special needs patients as competitors develop at-home services
Value-Based Care Opportunities: Position for value-based care arrangements with reimbursement linked to patient outcomes through CPESN
Improved Workflow and Efficiency: Incorporate shared best practices for more efficient operations and better use of pharmacy staff
