Remote Care Initiative
The Remote Care Initiative empowers pharmacies to deliver comprehensive clinical services, through the support of Technology Solutions Providers that have Data Sharing Agreements with CPESN USA. Additionally, the initiative is designed to build patient engagement, improve patient experience and satisfaction, and boost net patient revenue through billable clinical services and increased prescription revenue. This is the next step in patient care for community pharmacies.
To support this Initiative, Technology Solutions Providers participate in a structured vetting process to ensure quality, reliability, and ongoing compliance with initiative objectives. The Quality Assurance Committee of the CPESN USA Board of Managers oversees the process that includes quarterly reviews.
The CPESN Remote Care Initiative helps pharmacies build and and strengthen relationships with other community healthcare providers. Through active engagement, education, support, and feedback, pharmacies can strengthen their connections within the healthcare ecosystem.
