CPESN Leaders Recognized

CPESN's Trista Pfeiffenberger, PharmD, MS, received the Don Blanton Award from the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists. The award recognizes the pharmacist who contributed the most to the advancement of pharmacy in North Carolina. She was cited for her work with CPESN, Hepatitis C, and Care Management. Congratulations Trista!

CPESN Luminary Randy McDonough, RPh, co-owner of three community pharmacies in Iowa, was honored as the National Community Pharmacists Association 2016 Willard B. Simmons Independent Pharmacist of the Year. The award recognizes an independent pharmacist for exemplary leadership and commitment to independent pharmacy and to their community. Congratulations Randy!

CPESN’s Joe Moose, PharmD, received the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists’ (NCAP) Bowl of Hygeia Award for his outstanding service and unwavering commitment to his community and to the pharmacy profession. He was recognized during annual NCAP 2016 convention held in Charlotte, North Carolina. Congratulations Joe!
